Dark Chocolates That Capture Summer’s Glory

Ganache with out cream? Nicolas Cloiseau, the award-winning head chocolatier of La Maison du Chocolat, is making them as a part of his new line of vegan goodies. The little darkish chocolate rectangles, striped with coloration, are stuffed with fruit ganaches in 5 flavors: cassis (black currant), lemon, ardour fruit, raspberry and chiberta (darkish chocolate with orange). They make argument for having fun with darkish chocolate in summer time.
